This Privacy Policy describes how the ListPilot Chrome Extension ("Extension") and ListPilot website process data to provide Marketplace automation features.

1. Data We Process

  • Account identity data: Firebase user ID (uid) and account email.
  • Facebook session data for user-initiated account management (selected cookie fields and metadata such as save time and c_user).
  • Automation runtime data: campaign progress, status, and troubleshooting logs.
  • Local extension storage data: workflow state, preferences, and temporary state.

2. How We Use Data

  • Authenticate your extension session with your ListPilot account.
  • Save and restore Facebook account sessions only when you request it.
  • Run listing workflows and sync progress between extension and web app.
  • Provide diagnostics, state recovery, and status updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

  • ListPilot backend/API: listpilot.co
  • Firebase services used by ListPilot (Auth and Realtime Database)
  • Google endpoints required by Firebase authentication token flow

No advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs are used in the extension package.

4. Data Retention

  • Local temporary state is retained only as needed for operation.
  • Saved Facebook sessions remain until you delete them in extension/account UI.
  • Runtime status and logs follow ListPilot backend retention controls.

5. User Controls

  • Delete saved Facebook accounts/sessions from extension controls.
  • Clear Facebook cookies using extension actions.
  • Sign out to disconnect extension authentication state.
  • Request account data deletion by contacting ListPilot support.

6. Security Measures

  • Least-privilege extension permissions in the release build.
  • Minimized cookie field storage for session workflows.
  • Restricted host permissions to required domains.
  • No remote code execution; executable scripts are packaged with the extension.

7. Children

The Extension is not intended for children under 13.
