ListPilot Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.

2. Scope of Service

• ListPilot provides tooling to help prepare and automate marketplace workflows.
• The Service may rely on third-party platforms and browser environments.
• Features may be updated, improved, limited, or removed as the product evolves.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Circumvent platform policies, abuse systems, or conduct fraudulent activity.
• Upload malicious code, disrupt infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of Facebook Marketplace, Chrome, Firebase, payment processors, and any other integrated provider remains subject to those providers' terms and policies. ListPilot is not responsible for decisions made by third-party services, including account restrictions or suspensions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription and valid billing method.
• Fees are billed according to your plan and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
• You may cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

ListPilot and its associated software, branding, content, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have appropriate rights and lawful basis for any data you process through the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListPilot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ListPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to ListPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or legal obligations.
• You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.
• Certain provisions survive termination, including payment and liability terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after updates takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
